1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it takes 1-2 days to process it and 4-6 days to deliver it in France. If these deadlines are exceeded, please contact our customer service.
2. Where can I find my tracking code?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. Also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take some time before your Track & Trace link is active.
3. How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email. Fill out the tracking form on our tracking page to know the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page.
4. I am not satisfied with my package
