Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Before starting the return procedure, you should know that the items must meet certain conditions:

The product must be in its original packaging
unused, unworn and unwashed
All original tags must still be attached.

Start the return process
To begin the process, contact our customer service at info@solvsvanen.com . We will provide you with a return address and a return form to add to the package.

When you are ready to proceed, prepare the package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and we strongly recommend using a delivery service with a tracking code (which you will then send to us).

You are 100% responsible for the package until it arrives at the return point. If the package gets lost in transit and there is no tracking code, we cannot help you.

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets the requirements, we will notify you by email. From this point, you can wait up to 7 days for us to process everything and refund you.

Cancelation

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If you contact us too late, you will not be able to follow the standard returns procedure described in our returns policy.

Damaged Orders

If you have received damaged or wrong items through no fault of your own, please take pictures of the problem and contact info@solvsvanen.com with your order number and an explanation of what happened. We will usually reship the package at no extra cost. Our customer service team will take care of you.
